The role is full-time, starting as a 6-month consulting assignment with great potential for extension, and includes shift work.

Responsibilities

As a team leader, you will play a key role in our pharmaceutical production. You will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of production technicians to ensure that manufacturing is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with current GMP requirements (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Daily management and coaching: Lead and allocate daily tasks, follow up on performance, and ensure a motivating work environment.
  • Quality assurance: Monitor that all production processes are performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP. Responsible for documentation and handling of deviations.
  • Efficiency and Improvement: Drive and participate in improvement work (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) to optimize processes and reduce waste.
  • Safety: Ensure a high safety standard in the department and actively work with risk assessments.
  • Resource planning: Responsible for staffing and competency development within your team.

Qualifications

We are looking for a clear, engaged, and communicative leader who helps your employees grow. You have a natural ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in stressful situations.

To be considered, we see that you have:

  • Relevant education in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in production within pharmaceuticals, medical technology, or food – significant merit with experience in sterile production.
  • Solid knowledge of GMP and quality management.
  • Experience in leading personnel/team.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
